For Delivery inside Dhaka

Terms & Conditions:

*Please select your convenient payment method (Cash On Delivery or Advance Payment) & Delivery Service. You’ll get the package at your doorstep within 1 to 3 working days.

*EXCHANGE/RETURN policy for Cash-On-Delivery service:

Our exchange/return service is only applicable in front of the courier person when he reaches to our clients with the delivery package. Please check everything in front of the courier person and then make the payment. If you have any issues just call us in our official number instantly, we shall assist you. Or, you can simply return the shoe by giving BDT 70 Tk delivery charge. Please remember, once the payment is done we shall not be able to return or refund. But you can exchange.

After leaving the courier person customers can simply visit our Store with the unused product within 7 working days for exchange issue.

*EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND policy if anyone makes the payment in ADVANCE:

Please check everything in front of the courier person during the delivery time. If you have any issues just call us in our official number instantly, we shall assist you. You can exchange or return by contacting with our executive instantly. If you do not want to purchase you can also ask for a refund through a phone call, email or through our social media platforms & website.

After leaving the courier person we’re unable to provide the REFUND option but customers can simply visit our Store with the unused product within 7 working days for exchange issue.

For Delivery outside Dhaka
Terms & Conditions:

*Please select your convenient Courier Service & complete the payment through the automatic payment gateway system. Customers will get a confirmation mail after completing the payment & the order will be confirmed immediately. [ADVANCE PAYMENT NEEDED FOR OUTSIDE DHAKA ORDERS]

*After receiving the order, ARFIN team will dispatch the package on the next day through your selected courier agency & will send a manual email attached with the courier slip picture within the official hours.


*EXCHANGE/RETURN policy:

We do not have any RETURN/REFUND policy for outside Dhaka at this moment. But we do have the Exchange policy. After receiving the shoe, unfortunately if the size doesn't fit properly then customers can exchange with another size. Just he/she has to send back the unused shoe by his/her cost with proper packaging to 'ARFIN' store address within 3 working days. After getting it back in-hand with proper condition, ARFIN executives will immediately send the expected size on that day to customers address again.
